This California sparkling cuvée is made mostly with Chardonnay. With sparks of brightness and a touch of sweetness, this sparkling reveals a nose of crisp green apples and asian pear. Waves of creamy white peach aromas are blended with flavors of delightful nuttiness and a hint of brioche. The tiny and long lasting bubbles create a light mouthfeel.
2019 Reserve Chardonnay
100% Livermore Valley. Our Chardonnay is a dry medium bodied wine with golden flavors of apple and pear. Hints of butterscotch, toast and baking spices interwoven with aromas of tropical fruits add a deliciously deep and long finish. This wine has been aged in oak barrels to enhance textural richness and deliver a silky mouthfeel.
100% Livermore Valley. 14.8% abv. This wine has been aged for 4.5 years in American and French oak barrels. This Grenache has a light pale ruby color with irresistible aromas of cherry preserve, strawberry jam and clove. Flavors of plum and nutmeg with undertones of white pepper.
It is the third-most planted grape in Puglia, in southern Italy. It is jammy, with high alcohol, and chewy tannins. The rustic and earthy finish of this wine are well balanced with the mid palate explosion of dark cherry and flavors of chocolate covered raisins.
2016 Garre Tres Rouge
Everyday red wine made of 26% Sangiovese, 16.5 % Petite Sirah, 16.5% Cabernet Franc, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon ,12% Syrah, 9.5% Primitivo, 3.5% Touriga, 2% Merlot. The grapes were blended and barrel- aged in American Oak. This blend brings forward to the main stage the best of Livermore Valley. This burgundy hued wine has wonderful floral violet notes, black currant, prune and olive flavors. This silky wine delivers light smoke, dark fruit and licorice on the tongue and smooth tannin on the finish.
